Regarding the media coverage of “Flying Officer Messed Up Again, Suspicious of Filming Sex Tape”, the Army Aviation and Special Forces Command has stated today (10th) that the affiliated Flight Training Command trainee lieutenant Huang was suspected of filming intimate videos during 2016 and was sued by his ex-girlfriend. As the military police entered the camp and conducted search in September last year (2018), the unit has been upholding the principle of “The Innocents Will Not Be Wronged, and the Guilty Will Be Severely Punished“ and cooperating with the investigation in order to clarify the details; in addition, the specific cadet has been removed from the train in accordance with the Cadet and Student Suspension Regulations.

Army Aviation and Special Forces Command pointed out that the command respects the authority and responsibility of the judiciary; in addition, the command will conduct strict assessment on future cadets applying to be flying officers, and continue to reinforce the Military Law education and the correct gender awareness for officers and soldiers in order to maintain the military reputation.
